Childcare vouchers

I have received an email today from my childcare voucher company saying that it has been brought to their attention that I am now a higher rate tax payer so they have amended my voucher amount to £124 rather than the £243.
I have been a higher rate tax payer for the last 10 years however I did move schools 2 years ago so I do tick the box for changing employers which is what I have read about on support websites etc.
I am worried if I email my provider about this fact then they may ask me to repay the difference for the last two years whilst I have been at my new school and receiving the full £243.
Does changing schools means I can no longer have the full £243. Why is that the case as I have continued with the same £243 every month with my childcare provider!

When did you start receiving childcare vouchers?0
-
It would have been around mid 2010.0

As you changed employer then you lost the protected rights that parents who used vouchers prior to April 2011 had.
If you have been receiving tax relief on the full £243 per month then you will have additional tax to pay.0
