bought paint from b n q first batch of valspar brilliant, went to get another,
they put wrong base colour in so different colour grrr but the best bit was/is that we are still waiting for it to DRY!!!
been in complained offered another tin ummm great but you cannot paint on top of wet paint so no thank you, got given a number for customer services after a few attempts and a 20 min wait i then had to fill a form in so they can send to valspar who will reply in 48 hours?
unfortunately its not just the paint,
wall was prepped, papered and painted costing money and if lent on the paint peels off in places??? or tacky to touch and before anyone says was it the decorator ? no as a professional and very good at his job.
i did say that it came from b n q so they had to sort, it was quite possibly just a one off but meantime in the home of the tacky paint it looks worse every day due to actually having to live with it!!!
if the worst happens and everything has to be stripped back AGAIN! WHO foots the bill for it not withstanding the annoyance of damaged clothes with sticky paint or dogs that are balding by laying near it and also giving the wall a furry band at the bottom of the wall.
