I have been here before when he left so I do know my rights.. and what I can and can't do but I am hoping the council see fit to take it back so I deal with them.. and if I only pay them then I know how much I have paid, I have read that the enforcement don't get paid by council ..
If I deny the enforcement entry and non payment but still pay the council they may just take it back.. I do have a lump sum now to pay so here's hoping
If it's returned then the council may well go for further methods of enforcement.
CraigI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0 -
