If I deny the enforcement entry and non payment but still pay the council they may just take it back.. I do have a lump sum now to pay so here's hoping
If it's returned then the council may well go for further methods of enforcement.
CraigI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals.
