Cpm parking ticket

Options
Hello

New to this so there's probably been loads of threads so if anyone could link me to them that would be great!

Basically I received a parking ticket through the post from CPM (U.K. Car park management) I have appealed twice and both times they have declined as I had not displayed a permit in the picture they had taken (even though I park in the private car park everyday for work and have a valid permit)
Do I just ignore the future letters or will it affect my credit score in the future?

Thanks for your help!

yes you ignore anything except an LBC or an MCOL

no it cannot affect your credit score as long as you pay the judgment promptly if you lost in court

not paying the court judgment triggers the CCJ and only after that is your credit score affected

read some of the posts in this old thread, near the bottom

you SHOULD be getting the landowner or your work to cancel the tickets

They are members of the IPC so, more than likely, bottom feeders. The appeals system they use, IAS has multiple flaws, and is widely regarded as a kangaroo court, one which a judge is unlikely to approve if their untoward behaviour is brought to his/her attention.

If they are daft enough to appeal, go for the jugular. They could end up paying you money.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Thank you.

I am writing an appeal to IAS at the moment but not hoping for much!
