Bit of a long shot guys. Off the Boston shortly. The wifes pal has said she will pick us up from Logan, but would wish to text us when she is "kerbside".
So, my wife has an ancient Samsung Galaxy S2, on which she uses Vodaphone payg.
Does anyone know of some purchaseable sim card, or whatever, which would send and receive texts, in the U.S. ?
(I did suggest that we could phone her mates mobile from a payphone in the Airport, for a few dollars, but she pointed out the text requirement.)
We did think that some O3 deal sounded promising, until reading it was for calls to the UK only!
