Honeymoon ideas with a 1 year old.

Getting married next summer, by then our newborn will be ~1 yo. Looking for any ideas for a honeymoon destination.

So far, only managed to narrow it down to Europe (open to go further but thinking less traveling the better).

Budget for honeymoon would be between £1500 and £2500 for the 3 of us. This should include most expenses minus days out and activities (ie include food whether that be AI or SC)

Our likes and dislikes:

OH likes sun and beaches
Me not so much
Like walking and looking at things and people
Not overly big on activities.
Like beautiful scenery/places
Love food.
Prefer quieter places

Completely adamant she will be coming with us.

Open to any suggestions? Please help!?

Thought about hiring a camper van or doing a cruise as it gives us a base yet get to travel around a bit more. Although never cruised before.

Also any tips from anyone who either has holidayed or honeymooned with their baby?

Thanks for your time.

Consider Southern Europe, since people there generally like babies and so waiters and hotel staff are likely to be more helpful than in some other parts of the world.

Heard the greeks and italians are particularly family friendly. Been to a few places on the med, suppose you cant go far wrong but it just doesn't jump out at me anymore. Think im going to have to fit more inline with their wants/needs and look forward to getting my way with Florida when baby is a bit older!

Malta might be an option - good range of beaches, scenery and touristy things and great for small children. Same with most med islands, perhaps Mallorca (Majorca), as it has something for everyone.
