Admiral renewal second car insurance policy - NCD error?

Car insurance policy (end of 1st year) on second car has just finished with Admiral.
When I took it out they mirrored my no claims onto this second policy. In the renewal documents they have said I have 15 year NCD. Is this correct or should it say 1 year.
As they 'mirrored' my NCD from my 1st car onto this would it be correct to use this on a second policy? Or do I need to call them to change it to 1 year?
I did a comparethemarket quote with the NCD and my first insurer comes up as cheapest by nearly £400. If I take out a policy will they ask why I have 15 year and 14 year NCD on 2 policies (passed 16 years ago). Or will they ask where I have there NCD years from?
Or is this normal and I have nothing to worry about?
Thanks in advance

This does often happen, but you just need to be careful on how it is worded.
Does it say anything like "15 years based on an introductory offer/mirrored bonus"?
If not you will probably be able to use it but I would still be inclined to check with your insurer in case the new one looks into it further and it turns out you don't have 15 years "genuine" NCB.0 -
