I've had no problems with Capital One they gave me a chance to help rebuild my credit 10 months later and I've been accepted for a better card. Over all they have been great, I wish the offered to reduce rates over time.0

To those who got the 100% guarantee, then got declined, what were the reasons why?
I'm trying to get my first ever credit card, never having had any credit whatsoever. I applied for Capital One because of the 100% guarantee.0
