The 10,000,000 packs a day is a 6 year old figure, it's likely they produce more than that now

I believe the chances are higher that those type 1 codes have never been entered and were just binned, I know I was binning the packets without entering.

The wording was

There will be at least 20,000 Holiday Prizes available to be won

For that many to be won the code from every single promotional pack needed to be entered rather than the 1 in 25 that probably were.
