Switching provider. Will FIT be a problem?

My Scottish Power Online Fixed Price Energy September 2016 tariff is coming to an end and a quick check suggests I could save £100 p.a. over SP's best new tariff by switching to GB Energy Supply. I receive my FIT payments from Scottish Power; is this likely to complicate a switch?

No, your FIT stays where it is. It does not move to your new supplier.
All suppliers pay exactly the same amount of FITs, so no advantage for anyone in you moving the FITs - In fact, I don't think it's even possible right now.0
