2) Information on how to enter, conditions for redemption and use of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. No purchase is necessary.
3) To be automatically entered into this prize draw, entrants are required to vote for their favourite watch brand by entering the brand’s name in the box provided. All details requested must be fully completed and the Terms & Conditions box ticked for successful entry.
4) The prize voucher entitles you to £3000 towards a package holiday booked with Destinology. The holiday must be a package containing return flights and accommodation. This voucher is valid until 20th October 2017 and must be spent in one transaction. 5) Entry is only via the Eve’s Watch website (http://www.eveswatch.com/popular-choice-vote/). It is the entrants’ responsibility to complete the entry form in full and incomplete entries will not be included. Entry is restricted to one per person.
6) Late or corrupt entries will not be accepted and the Promoters are not responsible for any technical or other issues which impede an entrants’ entry being submitted correctly and/or in full. The Promoters are not responsible for any changes in e-mail, mailing address and /or telephone numbers provided at time of entering the prize draw. The Promoters is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the promotion.
7) The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands aged 18 or over except employees of Eve’s Watch and Destinology and anyone else professionally associated with the draw. Eve’s Watch reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
8) Closing date for entries is midnight on 02 October 2016
9) It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure that they and their companion/s have a valid passport and insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10) The normal booking conditions of Destinology and their travel/accommodation partners apply.
11) The Promoters reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.
12) All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-negotiable and there are no cash alternatives.
13) The prize draw will take place in during the first week of November 2016. One winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge from all eligible entries made by via the Eve’s Watch website. The judge’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
14) Once notified (via the email address supplied at point of entry), the winner will have 72 hours to reply with acceptance of their prize. Should the selected winner not reply within 72 hours of being notified, then it will be deemed that the prize winner has forfeited their prize, and a re-draw will take place. Same rules will apply for the re-drawn winner (should this scenario occur). If after 72 hours there has been no acceptance notification received, then the prize will be cancelled. A winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.
15) The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an SAE to Eve’s Watch (Awards Prize), 66 Blenheim Gardens, NW2 4NT
16) The Promoter’s reserve the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice. The Promoter’s reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, amend or cancel the prize draw without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or circumstance outside of its control and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoters as a result thereof.
17) Neither the Promoters nor any other person or party associated with this prize draw shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) disappointment or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with taking the prize.
18) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Promoters or any other person or party associated with prize draw for death or personal injury caused by their staff or suppliers’ negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.
19) The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoters. By entering this prize draw and ticking to accept the Terms and Conditions, you accept that the Promoters may use your name for their promotional and publicity purposes, without the payment of any fee, nor the requirement for prior notification or permissions.
