2017 Road trip

Next year we plan to have a little road trip starting in Bristol then Exeter then Cardigan bay area .
We have accomodation picked for the 1st 2 stops but are struggling with Cardigan bay.
Can anyone suggest a hotel in the area or reasonably near by please?

This one is well regarded, food is excellent (restaurant and bar meals), and well located for touring the Cardigan bay area
