How do I send photo to google photos please?

Someone has sent me a photo in messenger, I now have it on my desktop. I am trying to import/send it to google photos but don't know how. I have the option of windows10 on laptop, ipad and iphone

Copy past into your browser address bar:
https://photos.google.com/albums
and log in with your google account details.
Then hit "upload" in the top right and select your picture..0 -
