BT Openreach are useless lol !

Been a problem transferring my b/band and phone from plusnet to Sky. Phoned Sky who told me that Openreach had not put on their internal computer systems that I was with Plusnet so I was not moved over to Sky. Sky have advised me to talk to them after I have moved over to them and they will then contact BT to get me compensation,

Why would BT , who have nothing to do with your transfer between Plusnet and Sky, compensate you ?
If OR have messed up ( and you only have Sky's word that they have) they do compensate the company that made the order ( Sky) not you...if you want compo, it's Sky you need to speak to LOL

Plusnet have offered to refund the difference of any monies lost to me due to my move not completing to Sky on the date that was specified to me. Plusnet are doing this as a gesture of good will.
