Neff distinct collection

Can any of the kitchen specialists please advise what this range is please. I know it is available to 5* partners but I can't work out what the differences are in the brochure.

There appears to be a 15% discount offered by some of the 5* partners but not sure if my supplier is taking this into account.

Thanks.

Sounds like BS to me :o

5* partner? Sounds like marketing spin to get you to buy direct from kitchen suppliers who can't compete on price with the internet retailers as they don't turnover in bulk.

Its a type of special edition product available only to kitchen specialists. Yes there is a 15% discount on them at the moment. These lines are not available to appliance only retailers. Pricing wise, that would be down to your kitchen retailer to decide whether or not to pass it on, but if they were honourable, they would.

What you are saying is BS with the greatest respect. Sometimes is better not to speak if one doesnt understand the workings of the industry.

The more established appliance manufacturers offer best buying terms to kitchen specialists rather than online retailers to reflect the 'expertise' and 'product knowledge' that these retailers bring to the table (I am not saying all of them have it, but the training and resources are made available by the manufacturers). It follows that you will get competitive prices by contacting your local kitchen specialist for built in appliances.

However in the real world, people are blinded in the belief that the online 'here today gone tomorrow.com' is always cheapest and buy from them.

My kitchen supplier was very much cheaper (approx. 20%) than the cheapest online price I could find for all my Siemens appliances (ovens, washing machine, dryer, hob).

I had the same experience with Siemens appliances last year.

Ryder - thank you - that's exactly the sort of information I was looking for. I have asked my kitchen designer about the discount and he is getting back to me. He is being very helpful so I'll see what he comes back with.

Do Neff usually discount just before they change the design do you know? Thank you.
