I will be taking DS2 aged 4 to Costa Del Sol in November for a week. I need a transfer to our accomodation from the airport, can anyone help? I looked on ResortHoppas and it was a staggering £90 odd  . Any suggestions/recommendations would be gratefully received.
ALSO
Anyone have any places that I can take little fella to , I hope Tivoli Gardens in Benalmadena will still be running but anything suitable for a 4 yr old , indoors or out would be fab .
Many thanks

If on a budget, consider the bus; http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/ibiza-airport-buses.html

Wouldn't you be better hiring a car for the week? That way you can go where you like when you like, and not have to rely on (and pay for) coaches etc. Another advantage is being able to get to the sights when the tour buses are not clogging them all up.
Pick up a car from the airport with Carjet or DoYouSpain and have a go-as-you-please holiday. I reckon a small hatchback will set you back no more than £70 for the week, plus fuel.0 -

We paid just £130 for a week for a 4 door hatchback with Air Con including all insurances and taxes etc. We havn't used taxis or transfer buses for years when the car hire is so cheap. So convenient to go sightseeing or just to the local shops/towns, especially for meals at night. Just one warning, don't use Europcar at Malaga Airport - their service is appalling and they charge for damage that you didn't do (even after they've checked you car back in and given you the all-clear!).0 -
A taxi from Malaga airport to Benalmadena is 20 euros.
A bus runs every 30 minutes from the airport but this is to Malaga town from where you can get a bus to anywhere on the costa del sol.
There is also the train, which costs about 1-35 euros to Benal.
With a child and luggage the best option is a taxi at £15 (€20)0 -

Sounds a bit pricey to me. Carjet and DoYouSpain are consolidators who supply cars from the major hire companies, and we reckon on about £10-12 a day for a car like that. We usually hire a Berlingo (as I drive one here) as they work out cheap, and run on diesel which is much cheaper in Spain.
You are right about convenience. We are happy to use it as a runaround at that price, especially as we find that by not having transfers or airline meals pays the hire for a week. You don't feel obliged to be out in the car all the time.
As for excesses, we have Insurance4CarHire, as we go abroad and hire cars quite a lot. It covers all the things they try to tack on as extras, like tyre damage etc.
Just had a look on here: http://www.doyouspain.com/ They are quoting £78 for a Ford Fusion for a week in October, £90 for a Berlingo.
Carjet's site is here: http://www.carjet.es/ They are sometimes cheaper.
And the other one for the excess: http://www.insurance4carhire.com/0 -
Thanks for all the replies . Appreciate the argument about hiring a car , but I am a bit of a scaredy cat and I know I would get muddled and lose confidence, especially at roundabouts:0 I have gone with one the recommendations given by sloppychops , so once again MSE to the rescue .0

Here are the up to date official Malaga taxi fares to all parts of the region.
These are also clearly displayed in Malaga airport and every driver has an official copy in their cabs which they are obliged to produce when asked.
These taxi are highly regulated by the authorities and are clearly marked as being officially registered.
Needless to say there are cowboys lurking so ALWAYS agree a price beforehand.

I'm not sure why I gave you the link to Ibiza. May have been thinking of another thread.
