I've just received the following reply from them:

'Hello,

I've been in touch with the person who oversees the crossword entries, and he says that so far there have been no problems with the entries for week 34, so we're not quite sure what the issue might be. You're definitely sending to xword34@radiotimescomps.co.uk, and not .com?

Sorry I can’t be of more help but on our end of things we haven't found any problems.

I've tried sending again, and have received exactly the same response to my email entry. I've contacted them again, this time pointing out that others have been encountering the same problem, and attaching a copy of the error message I've been receiving.

I just tried entering again in case it now works but got an instant delivery failure again

UPDATE: I've just received the following from them in response to my second email:

'Hello,

Following your email yesterday I have had one other person mention that they’d had a similar issue but I’m not sure what this is as our team who are in charge of overseeing the entries have received plenty of other email entries without a problem.

However, from the attached email that you sent me I was able to extract your answers and your contact details, and our contact will upload the entries manually so that you are still in the running.

I guess the best thing to do if you've had problems entering is to email them via the address given above, feedback@radiotimes.com, including a copy of the error message you received in response to your email, which should include your answers, or your answers and details.
