Sansung mobile phone: sidetone

I work in a noisy office and bought a pair of good over ear headphones to use for telephone calls and conferences.

I find it disconcerting that the 'phone provides no side tone. Is there a way of introducing sidetone in the set up somewhere?

Hi , You can do this but it involves rooting your device - are you comfortable with that ?

I would love to do this, but it is a company 'phone with all sorts of special set-ups. I think that I had better not root the phone. I appreciate your answer though.
