Yes they would, thats why if they are doing rennovations, it is worth getting your value done before hand, because if they are fitting kitchens/windows extra they will increase the cost to you and you will have the same kitchen as everyone else, buy it before at reduced cost and then you can win your kitchen /conservatory etc and have your style put in.......
and by the way you cant win the conservatory... thats mine lol........
