Good comp. It's always best to put an end date in the title, then the board guides know when it's current. You can amend the title by clicking edit, then advanced.

Good luck with the comps. :j

Wow - that prize is worth slightly more than the valuation on my council house under the right to buy scheme.

I would love to win this one please :D

If I win this one - would you like to swap the kitchen for your house? :rotfl:

Not sure where you'd put the kitchen mind?

Not sure you would want to live on our council estate skintandsad.

Next door neighbour has bought her house off the council for £23,500, having lived there since 1999, which is what I based my valuation on, as the houses are the same and I only moved in a few months before the neighbour.

If I won the kitchen, and was ever in a position to buy my council house, do you think they would significantly increase the valuation? I also want to win the conservatory and the garden makeover too if the good competition fairy doesn't mind:D
