invoice and quote problem ?

Hello

this morning i booked flight to Orlando for next year with direct holidays on the internet

got a quote basic with no extra's -- then got another quote with flight meals and upgrades to premium ( according to website no charge for upgrade so i ticked the box) quote for meals for 5 people £85 ticked that box

paid due deposit and then got an email comfirmation .....

then Guess what 2 hrs later a phone call stating that the price for upgrade would be another £219 per person pls ??? it was a website mistake - there words... (website now reflects this btw)
due to the fact i have an email comfirmation can they charge me this? or refuse me the upgrade ?

any advice pls
