Refused mobile contract due to footprints of bank account checks on my credit report

Hoping someone can offer some advice!

I've tried to take out my first mobile phone contract but it's been refused due to my credit report. On further investigation it appears that the footprints left from opening some new bank accounts earlier this year have had an adverse effect.

Does anyone have any experience of this and have any advice on how I can rectify it please?
Up until now it's been completely clear and I've not had a problem with obtaining credit cards or anything else and I'm not in any debt other than monthly credit card payments which I meet in full anyway. :(

Thanks!
