European Tour planning

Hi everyone,
Over the past few months we have been planning an orchestra tour to Berlin. Before Brexit we were quoted £320 for 45 people, since Brexit it has now risen to £350. Is this a fair rise due to the change in exchange rates? Is this likely to change over the coming months- raise/lower? I am basically asking should I book it now, or leave it till later (the latest we can really leave it is the end of September).
Many thanks for any helpful responses.

Sterling isn't going back up again anytime soon.
Holding off until September won't see currency fluctuations make your holiday any cheaper. It may mean that you either get a better offer from the travel agent or a worse one. Nobody knows.
I also don't think you should be quibbling. A tour in Berlin for £7.78 per person is a phenomenal bargain.0 -
Thanks for the advice!
Unfortunately the price I quoted is per person- I wish it was a total price...!0 -

You're being too kind to call it advice.
FWIW, I think you've got away lightly given how quick a number of companies have been to arbitrarily raise prices and blame Brexit, without having any idea why that should be the case.0 -
Astraeus is absolutely correct. Grab that price now whilst you can.
This chart shows how the exchange rate has changed over the last month alone...

If you look at it for the year, the rate is only going one way...

You can make a fortune in forex trading....or maybe not?0 -
When are you looking to travel? If you are flying and the flights are out and available to book fluctuations in airfare may have increased the price.0

How much of the tour is paid for in Euros? Does it include flights, and if so are the flights with a UK airline?0
