Groundwater Aquifer under house

I'm halfway through the process of buying a house. The reports from Groundsure have revealed the house sits above a Groundwater Aquifer. I have no idea what this means or if this is a cause for concern. I am getting an indepth survey completed but I wondered if anyone knew anymore about this.

Aquifers are underground water stores - quite a few areas pump drinking water from these. If you look at these maps, millions of us are above aquifers
