You should have got 2x£10 airtime vouchers with it.They will say something like £10 calltime on them.

Do not appear to have got my vouchers with the phone. Does anyone know if there is a non-premium telephone number to ring Tesco about this?

:mad: Ordered my via the wesbite which included the £20 air time vouchers.Recieved email to say the money had ben taken from my card and was to be collected on the saturday after 4pm.Recieved a phone call Saturday morning to say the phone was ready for collection and travelled 12 miles to the store......yes you've guessed it no phone, no vouchers.They had the same phone instore so i asked could i take one.No was the reply as Tesco direct and Tescos were two 2 different companies.
This cancellation of orders with no explanantion seems to happen more and more lately with internet based companies.Its usually becuase they have made a pricing or stock error
