Limited access to property for builders

Thanks all, I am thinking of having work done to my rear garden an the only access is through the house.
Like the ramp idea, as I am on a hill I could start it a few houses down and let gravity do most of the work!
Seriously though I think if a trader wants the business they will find an answer.

great :j thanks for all your replies I'm glad we'll be OK. We do have a wide gate and side access it's just the actual house isn't on a road its down a footpath between two roads.
