moneysavingexpertcom - Connection failed. Error 20

Been in France for a number of weeks. For last couple of weeks can't get mse web page. We get the message as shown in this title. Same message on all devices and oss, i.e. PC, Tablet, Phone, W10, Ubuntu, Amazon fire, Android, i Phone, Chrome, I.E Firefox, Chromium.
Something has happened for us to lose access. Can however get the forum page!
Bit of a bummer because I am aiming to change utilities and ISP by the time I get back in September and keep an eye on best savings accounts while abroad.
Can anyone shed light on what the problem is?
UPDATE. Friday 19th August. The MSE website suddenly became available again, here in France, for no apparent reason. There it was, suddenly, out of the blue. Don't know why. Someone somewhere knows something, but not me.
Well, blow me down. Here we are, 20th August and once again the website is not available - same error message.
Something has happened for us to lose access. Can however get the forum page!
