We've been to buy wood sod hubby can finish off the NetSuite and d then we get a phone call. Our visitor is on his way.
So two dogs and an upset visitor, who's not keen on dogs or me, should prove interesting.
Wish me luck!Chin up, Titus out.0 -

I've had a lovely sunny though windy day - clear skies and perfect views. After being invisible since a week past Sunday the magnificence of Jura is back in clear sight. My poor visitors!
When I visited my elderly neighbour I found her very unwell indeed. Luckily she had already made an appointment with her GP and was intending to drive there - I intervened in the latter decision and took her there and back. She's 80 years old and convinced she can carry on doing everything just like she was 50 years old and can't understand why she's not bouncing back as before.
Not done anything productive, not even the washing of floor rugs, but can claim an NSD. I've been reading / revising English grammar and communication skills. I mostly try to be positive in my communications though I do have the odd lapse. :rotfl: It seems that no matter how often I say (for instance) something positive like 'please walk' I end up being more forceful when saying 'don't run' and then be annoyed with myself.
Schools go back this week here so there's lots of activity in the local shop with parents stocking up on 'stuff'.
Right, off to watch if there are more medals for Team GB this evening.0 -
DD's dogs are here, our visitor has gone out but will be back.
The dogs follow me around everywhere and won't settle until I'm still so I sat and listed 66 CD's on Music Magpie, I only made £14.75 but at least the dogs fell asleep on the sofa beside me.
Peace reigns.
Hugs HesterChin up, Titus out.0
