Credit Card Advice

To start of, I'm on DLA (Disability Living Allowance) and Incapacity, so getting a CC card is pretty difficult. I'm not proud of not working for my money.

Currently, my mother has got me a Littlewoods CC from the catalogue she runs. The problem with this (outside of it not truly being my own) is that I get charged commission on orders I make that are in dollars, I think it's 3%. Does anyone know if I (or even my non-working mother) would be able to get a CC that doesn't charge commission on stuff I import?

Have a look here all cards make that charge for conversion of $ to £ except The Post Office card as they don't pass the charge on to you the customer.Well they don't at the moment!!

Nationwide Building Society don't charge a foreign currency conversion fee on their credit cards.
