Can anyone help, I own a garage with a strip of land on a private garage forecourt that we bought in 1995 we use the garage for storage and park on the strip we own, in 2007 the forecourt changed ownership, the now owner of the forecourt has posted two of the CPM posters, the owner of the forecourt has tried various nasty tricks to try and wear us down as he wants us off as he has plans to develop, I know we are going to get a ticket can anybody help as what to do.

yellow paint on YOUR land "trespassers will be shot!" or similar
if you own the strip of land , where does "the land owner" come into thisSave a Rachael
buy a share in crapita0 -
if you are the landowner and have deeds to prove it , it doesnt matter what CPM or anyone else does because as title holder you would win any case they brought
plus you as landowner could issue an injunction banning them from the land you own , like that barrister did when a PPC was stupid enough to trespass on his land and issue tickets, it cost the PPC a lot of money0 -
The land owner is saying that his boundary runs down the middle of our strip on land, our title deed says he has a right of way down it for maintenance as the gararge next to ours is his. he want us off and has tried several dirty tricks already0

I saw a similar issue on judge rinder last year , so this could be an expensive matter to resolve and may need solicitors and the land registry help too
but if it is your land an injunction would be the best solution for now0
