Unusual PCN - Armtrac

Options
I recently received a letter from Armtrac regarding a park charge in Cornwall. They initially sent a notice to the owner - I did not get anything stuck on the window when returning to the car. I had rented the car through Easy Car Club (two other members were on the hire too). The owner of the car emailed Armtrac stating that it was rented out to me during the time the notice was issued then they sent me a notice to driver.

I sent one of the standard letters from MSE stating that there was no PCN attached to the vehicle, that the alleged contravention did not occur (we had a ticket but because there was no PCN on the car we did not keep as evidence). They sent a letter back stating they have rejected my appeal.
I'm now wondering if I can go back and say I wasn't the driver and that I won't give out the drivers details?

I can provide more details where required.

doesnt really matter what you say or do , the sc@m works by scaring people into paying an invoice of up to £100

even if the driver was named they would still refuse any appeal

the private parking system is not regulated so its anarchy and a free for all

the NEWBIES sticky thread tells you all about it and tells you to appeal once (to create the paper trail) and then to IGNORE anything but an LBC or an MCOL , for 6 years

it is that simple and nothing you can say or write will change it , unless you get the landowner on your side and they cancel it , or provide you with a letter saying they have not given permission for any court case

you current position is as lessee , as hirer (not driver, so effectively as keeper)
