Australians using Cash Passport - ATM fees

Hi
I've got some relatives over from Australia, they've brought with them a pre-loaded Cash Passport via Mstercard.
On withdrawing cash from ATMs they're getting charged- 10pc in some cases!
This didn't happen when they were last over hear two years ago.
They've used Tesco, Halifax and another which they can't remember.
Any info on where they can go without getting fleeced?
Thanks
Martin

£2 charge for all ATM withdrawals in the UK, doesn't look to me like it's avoidable. The best option will be to withdraw large amounts so that the fee is only a small percentage. Research in advance next time.
