PCN for parking in disabled space of demolished shop

Options
Just received a ticket for parking in a disabled space at Belgrave retail park in Leicester(1 shop there, B&M)

The site was previously shared with Sainsbury's which has now been demolished and I was parked in what I considered to be a disabled space suitable for the demolished shop(not the closest for the only shop which is still on the retail park.

The charge is from ukpc and I'm unsure who the landowner is.
Would anyone expect to get anywhere appealing this charge on the grounds that those spaces are located to suit a shop that has now been demolished?
I have marked on the pic below roughly where I was parked and where the shop entrance is.

The 'story' will be of no interest to anyone, other than perhaps the landowner.

From here on you need to concentrate on the legal and technical aspects of private parking and contract law to fight this. Before you say 'I don't know anything about contract law' - none of us did before we came here. But there is an excellent starting point in the newbies FAQ sticky to guide you through everything.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Understand what you say but UKPC do not live in real world, the owner of UKPC would ticket his mother if he thought a quick buck could be made.
You need to prove that those spaces were designated to Sainsbury's but as it's a car park best to locate the landowner.
Looking at the picture, it is now a dead area
