How does Statuatory Sick Pay - work for someone who only works part time - and earns less than the £112 per week required to claim the benefit ?
Is there a reduced amount available ?
Or is it down to employers ?

To be eligible for SSP you need to earn £112 per week or more.
If you don't qualify for SSP then check your contract about contractual sick pay.
If you don't qualify for SSP then your employer must provide and SSP1 stating the reason why and you can use this to apply for ESA.0 -
ESA is not.possible - savings too high !0

OK My employer appears wise to the circumstances and is willing to continue to pay me - as if I was working my 10 hours per week.....0
