  • yes...like wontons! it is so quick and easy and that's important on hot sweltering days like today! :)
  • I'm a bit late to the party this week I'm afraid. It is still quite warm down at the South Coast this week, so there's a few dinners that are no cook:

Tofu stir fry & rice noodles
    Quorn sausages, beans & chips
    Caesar salad
    Mexican salad & halloumi
Onion tart, potato wedges and green beans
Coronation chickpea salad, poppodums, raita, onion salad, mango chutney
    Baked potatoes, beans and cheese

    Good morning :)
I love a Sunday, it lets me get a head for the week so that I'm not running about after 9 hour shifts

    Sunday-Chicken, bacon and mushroom spaghetti
Monday- Vegetable omelettes with salad and spring rolls
    Tuesday- Chick pea stir fry
Wednesday- Steak with sweet potato chips
Thursday- Turkey cheese burgers with fried mushrooms and garlic bread
    Friday- Wrap pizza
Saturday- What ever is left in the fridge thrown in to a curry

I need to buy mushrooms as we have none left and we go through a packet a day
Other than that I have every thing in.
Breakfasts will be home made yoghurt with oats and dried fruit added.
Lunches will be egg mayo salad or left overs. I also have some soup in the freezer if people want something hot.
Off to search my supermarket to see who has mushrooms the cheapest this week. Have a good week :A
Rejigging the menu to incorporate more veg. Instead of pulling steak out I have pulled out some lamb mince. Going to bulk it out with a tonne of veg and top it with sweet potato as a shepherds pie. I'll serve it with broccoli as the side dish.
