Parkinf Fine Dispute - Court defense

Hi All,
A while ago I opened a topic regarding a fine received for using a charging station at a motorway service station.
As it stands a defence was sent to the court and now a "Notice of proposed Allocation to the small claims track" form was received. No repply whatsoever to e-mails originally sent to the parking enforcment company asking for aditional details and cancelation of the fine.
What does this mean and how shall the defendant proceed?
Many Thanks

Hopefully Bob Jameson will be along shortly to help you with that as Coupon-mad, who would have the requisite knowledge and experience to provide you with the necessary guidance, has been banned from the forum as a result of a spat with, and being reported to the mods, by BJ.
A lot of damage has been done not only to the forum, but to people like you at such advanced stages in proceedings. I'm sure he'll stand up to the plate to fill the void created. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you.
I'm sorry to hear that. Certainly explains why I had no repplies to my original thread, coupon mad was the one giving most assistance.
Fingers crossed now...0 -
