Disputes with credit reference agencies

After thinking my credit files were clean after bankruptcy, I've since found a couple of default dates are still wrong. I've raised disputes with the agency's.
Do they do anything to sort it out or do I have to contact the lenders again.

CRA have no control over the data, as such you have to rely on the credit companies who subscribe to them to agree any changes to there data.

Nothing should be recorded after the date of the bankruptcy. Your defaults will still show for 6 years from the date of default but the balance should be zero. If they are recorded after the bankruptcy you should complain to the creditors (as john1002 says). If they refuse to amend the date you can escalate the matter to the FOS and the Information Commissioner.
