I am about to move away from EDF, with some reluctance, for a significantly better tariff. However, I would commend them for their efficiency, clarity, web site and all round lack of aggro. I wouldn't hesitate to return, unlike other suppliers, notably Scottish Power and NPower, neither of which I would touch again, regardless of the tariff.
