Confused about credit report

Hi all,
I'm rebuilding my credit worthiness as I've been sitting in the poor category with a score of two liquorice allsorts and a bounty for some time now (although my Noddle score is a Galaxy Ripple, Two Kitkats, and a Mars Bar).
However, checking my report today I'm confused by something
Credit Expert are saying that I have a defaulted or delinquent account, but looking at what is on the record, there is nothing on there marked as 'defaulted' or 'delinquent'.
I have had a partially satisfied default in the past with Orange which is due to fall off in one months time (whoop), however that is not on the report anymore (although it was last week), and I have my Satisfied (double whoop) mortgage with GE from back in 2013 (there are a lot of 6s but no defaults marked).
Could it be the GE is considered as default (despite no exclamation mark being made), or is it just their reports haven't quite caught up yet with the Orange one coming off?
Any help considered
