Hello,
I'm looking for a bit of advice please in a bid to clean up my credit score. I'm trying to work out the best approach and tackle the issues first which are most affecting my 'credit status' of very poor. So here is a summary of what is on my report;
A) Phone bill -default may 2015 o/s balance £165
Phone bill -default Dec 15 o/s balance £461
C) credit card balance currently £200 of £1,000 but have exceeded limit 3 times in past 12 months
D) personal loan, defaulted oct 2010 o/s balance £5560 (currently paying £700pcm via a Tomlin order)
E) Credit card, default may 2011, o/s balance £1860 (paying £20 pcm) ...
Would be great full for some expert suggestions for plan of attack for example, my thoughts are;
1 A
2 B
3 C
4 E
5 D (as this will drop from my file in 53 days.... Not that I'm counting!!!!
Many thanks

Was it a specific reason you defaulted on the 2 phone accounts etc ?
Will you default again on your phone bill for example ? It's pointless getting it sorted for it to happen again.
It's not your credit score thats important well it is but lenders don't see it, it can be a representation of your credit file but the other 2 agencies will give you a different rating. Your report is what lenders see and all they care about.
The order looks OK to me, is the plan to pay them off in that order.0 -
Yes.
Phone is now pay as you go........ So no wont happen again. debts are with the same phone company who have tried to fleece me. 0 -
