Any advice as to where might be best to go for an overseas holiday in October?
Don't want the weather to be dodgy so looking for somewhere with guaranteed sun!
Thanks
Dave

Is Hurguda Egypt or Morocco? What sort of weather can I expect in the Canaries?0 -
What do you want to do while you're there? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I fly to Hurgurda at the end of Oct, usually go to Sharm and the Temp is high 20's low 30's, however the days are short and by 16:30 the sun is setting so be poolside for 08:00 to maximise your day.0 -
Hurgurda is Egypt, if all you want to do is sit by a pool, just go to Tenerife, you can look up the historic temps online.0

Which week in October do you want to go? The first week can have much better weather than the fourth. Avoiding half term can save a lot of money.
Some late deal package holidays for early October should start appearing soon.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -

Historic temps for Tenerife are a waste of time. I have been going for many years and quickly found that what it was like one year bore no relationship for what I had the next. Yes you may get a rough idea as to what it COULD be but there are no guarantees. All you can do is book and hope.0 -
