Hello all, It seems that I have become one of the many people to receive a lovely letter from the PE company with regards to Tower Road car park in Newquay. In my opinion the grace period cannot start until you have been made aware of the terms and conditions. The period between entering the car park and reading the "contract" terms is at best "an invitation to treat".
