Conflicting information with different Credit Report companies?

So I have bad credit, took a load of catalogues out as an 18 year old, few Wonga loans and a phone contract... Didn't pay them off for years, moved house several times, then grew up and decided I needed to sort it. Signed up to a free account with Noodle to check my credit profile, they claim it amounts to around £8k.
Few years have passed, slowly began to pay some of the accounts off (some in full and some monthly payments). Some of these payments didn't reflect on the Noodle credit report , so I obtained a full credit report through Experian and to my surprise some of the accounts that were on my Noodle credit report were not on my Experian credit report. Not only that, buy my Experian Credit score is 160 higher than my Noodle credit score?!?!
Surely something is not right here? How do i find out exactly what accounts are still on my Credit Report? If an account is not on my Credit Report then surely I don't have to still pay the company right?
Please help, I'm confused!

there are 3 different credit agencies, not all lenders report to all 3 so you need to obtain all 3 reports to see a complete picture
it is worth having a read through the sticky https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4895825
particularly this link http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/credit-rating-credit-score?&_ga=1.268868722.2098061591.1442126683#files0 -

Credit reporting is not the same as non owed debts.0 -
Even when credit reference agencies have almost identical information they can give you widely different scores.
As an example Experian and Clearscore (Equifax) have virtually identical information in my credit file,
Clearscore show me as having an excellent credit score and list 9 positives and no negatives.
Positive 9
You have no Court or Insolvency data
You have no accounts in Default or Repossession
You have been on the Electoral Roll at your current address for a long time
You have made very few applications for credit in the past year
You have held at least one of your accounts for several years
You have very few / no accounts in arrears
Your largest credit card limit is relatively high
You have stayed within your credit card limit in the past year
Your total credit card % utilisation is relatively low
Negative 0
Experian have given me a poor credit score and list the following three negatives
Your total non-mortgage credit balance is £22,326 Total credit limit £63,900
The usage of your available credit indicates a higher risk.
You have opened 7 new credit accounts in the last 6 months
There are often posts from people stating they have an almost perfect credit score and have been refused credit.
I wouldn't worry about your actual score. The CRA's each use there own algorithms to generate the credit score and these can sometimes give wildly different results as in my case. The only information provided to lenders is your credit history, not your meaningless score. .
Just check the information shown in your credit history is correct.0 -

Nope. Lenders are under no obligation to provide data to the CRA's unless they choose to do so. Debt remains as owed.0
