as PCM got your data from the DVLA with no intention of following this threw (as per judge giving you costs) it would seem that they may have breached the DP act

possibly you should now make a claim against them

twhitehouse, thanks for flagging the rule. I am not sure if I can make further claim against Gladstone. I will do some inquiry before taking that step.

no its not gladstones , they were only acting for PCM , PCM are the ones that applied for your info under thec "valid reason" clause , after threatening you , they then hired debt collection , then finally a soilisitor , however on the day they knew that their case was so flawed a judge would kick it out , so backed down
