Smart parking appeal proof

When appealing via smart parking you can appeal via the website would this be the best way and how can you prove they have received the appeal?

If this is in connection with your Fistral Beach case, then anything you post about it should be contained within that one thread.
Appeal via their website, if they provide this facility, is always recommended. Take a screen grab of the completed appeal in the portal before sending. Many operators send an auto-reply to confirm receipt (not sure whether Smart do, or not?).
Alternatively why not video the whole process on a smartphone.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I applied on line and got no receipt of application, letter or email. I did take a screen shot of the completion step. Smart didn't replay within 14 days as they should do to tell you they have received it.
Appeal 03-08-2016, rejection letter received 26-08-2016. Thats over 14 days in my book but lets see.
I think they believe that they have 35 days???0 -

They do have 35 days. The acknowledgement was the completion page I except, if not then it doesn't matter, just wait for the POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
