The valuation and admin fees were taken out of my account today.
Still no update from broker, wondering if they didn't put the application in when they said so...0 -
If the valuation fee has been taken today it looks fine.
I tend to find natwest are pretty good, every case needs the same documents depending on the type of case it is - ie employed/self employed, high LTV or low LTV. The only time I had any delays was with my first case which was pulled for audit. Oh good, most people seem to say good things about Natwest.
I just prey they don't use the same surveyor as Skipton or we are truly doomed
I'm guessing the valuation wont be until end of the week/next week as our sales woman at persimmons only works Friday - Monday.0
