Morning all.
Never had a PCN so calling on some wiser more experienced heads!!!
Got a PCN yesterday afternoon at around 1630.
Have posted a photo of the signage for the parking bay I was in.
The "no waiting" symbol (blue circle with red line through) has basically come off the yellow plate and left a "shadow" outline.
Coupled with it being poor visiblity - you can see how overcast it was in the photo - do you think it is worth appealing for bad/poor signage and what are the chance of the council revoking the ticket?

You have to upload your pictures to a site such as tinypic or photobucket and then post the link on here BUT, as a new member, you are not allowed to post working links so change http to hxxp and a regular will convert it for you.0

As it's council you would be better taking this over to pepipoo, they are the experts on proper tickets.0
