I have been using these folks for a couple of years and to be honest they are very cheap for a breakdown company.This is my third call out and sadly it went wrong. Just over an hour to get to me, not bad at all, very nice good service from their third party rescue driver. However before he could tow me away I had to wait for a call from startrescue as they wanted a further £25 to tow me to the destination of my choice, around 3 miles. I was very stressed at the time and reluctantly paid up.It was based on the fact that the engineer had spent more than 30 minutes on trying to fix my car. Not so. At best 10 minutes.

I lodged a complaint by phone the same evening and frankly this company were first class in resolving it. It appears to be a misunderstanding. They wre very apologetic and have refunded me in full. Just to say I will be using them again and for the money they are worth considering.
