Hello to all the experienced posters on this topic.
I recently received a PCN from Euro Car Parks. I've read the newbies thread and have followed the advice/process of submitting my online appeal (copied and pasted from the thread) via the ECP website. I have included the keepers full address but have just realised that I only gave the keepers initial and surname instead of the whole name. Is this contravening any rules at all, and if it is can I resubmit an appeal and add the full name in, or is this unnecessary?

It shouldn't matter, and the parking company can obtain the keeper's details from the DVLA if they so wish.
You can resend he appeal if you want but there are no rules to say you have to. You are allowed to be called anything you want. Many people are known by their initials.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I doubt that will be an issue - was this a postal ticket as they have your full name in any case ! Some PPCs only allow the initial in any case.

It was issued by post so they do have the keepers details (however it was only addressed to just the surname) so I thought it might have been necessary to include a full name rather than just the keepers initial in case they used that as some sort of excuse to not acknowledge the appeal. If there is no legal requirement to provide a full name then I wont do.
I hope this ends up being a straightforward one, if not I'll seek further advice on the forum.
