Hi i have recently found out 2 customer copy loan agreements from MBNAicon stating (i think) that both these loans had PPIicon on them. I had prevouisly contacted mbna regarding these loans and they said no ppi was taken out on the loans. Could someone please take a look at the pics posted below to see if i would have case to reclaim ppi . Many thanks

There are no no pics. However, pictures would not tell us if you have a case to reclaim PPI. That would depend on your reasons for complaint.
However, if they said you had no PPI and you believe these show you did then supply the copies to them and see what they say about looking into it. Do remember that agreements can be changed (such as cancelling the PPI under the cancellation rights)I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Obviously there are no pictures posted, but assuming the Agreements do show PPI it's still possible that you subsequently cancelled the insurance in the early stages and so paid nothing. Such a cancellation would account for the Bank saying there was no PPI.
I'm also not sure what you mean by "PPIicon"? Unless an actual PPI amount (in £s) is itemised separately on the agreement then there was no PPI.0
